Continuing on from our earlier post about the fracas goings on at gV, we post the most cogent bits from the lawsuit 'letter' that is challenging for all but a gNat to read off of gV without a magnifying glass or signing in.

RE: (yet another) Defamation Claim - www.gotvirtual.net
This law firm represents Don ("client") in regards to certain defamatory statements being posted at the domain www.gotvirtual.net (the "Site"). It has come to our attention that certain defamatory statements and nasty curse words are being posted for all the world to see (i.e., membership under 300) on the Site. The purpose of this letter is to demand the contact information for the owner/operator of this site (aka "Nina" or an alt).
On or about May 3, 2011 (dates and times are never a sure thing on computers these days), certain defamatory statements were posted from the Handle "Lain" (not to be confused with the Handle "Lias", she has filed several separate suits and shoes). These defamatory statements were posted in (specific reference removed due to another pending lawsuit) thread located in the /devnull subforum of the Site. In these postings, certain defamatory statements and alleged tweeted photos were made about my client, including allegations that my client had sent certain emails of an obscene nature. My client hereby denies these allegations in their entirety.
We demand that you give us the identity and contact information for Nina (or alts) so my client can pursue him/her/it in the courts. If you do not comply, your ass is grass and we shall see you in court, loser.
